Who We Are
Inflekxion was founded and is led by Asiff Hirji, a former Partner with TPG Capital and former President of TD Ameritrade.
At TPG, Asiff helped lead their efforts in Financial Services, Technology and E-commerce. He drove the transformation work at the newly acquired portfolio companies in these sectors.
Prior to TPG, Asiff was President and a member of the Office of the Chief Executive of TD Ameritrade where he oversaw all their businesses. He served first as their Chief Information Officer before moving into the role of Chief Operating Officer where he led the firm’s Operations, Technology and Business Development functions. At Ameritrade, Asiff also helped lead over a dozen successful acquisitions including the successful integration of the two largest acquisitions in the industry,
Prior to Ameritrade, Asiff was a Partner at Bain & Company and a leader of their IT and Financial Services practices. Before Bain, Asiff was President and Chief Technology Officer for Netfolio, an online investment advisor. He was also a founding member and Partner of the Mitchell Madison Group, a global strategic consultancy that specialized in Financial Services and Technology.
Asiff currently serves on the boards of Citrix Systems Inc.; Advent Software Inc.; and RentPath. He has also served on the boards of, or acted as advisor to, Saxo Bank; Eze Software Group; Decision Insights; American Beacon Advisors; Sabre Holdings; IMS, LPL Financial and TSL Education.
Asiff received an MBA with honors from The University of Western Ontario and his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Calgary.
